So I've been thinking about a way to make the game more explorable and I was looking around the dev made levels in upper kryll when I noticed a passage that allowed me to get to a level that was not shown on the map. I got over excited and showed it to zubit.

Further on I found a sign showing where there may be future expansions and above me I died from not having enough experience.

I was wondering if the devs could somehow put that experience into the game play. That brief piece of gameplay I felt like I had discovered a whole new game that no one else may know about it.

Zubit then told me it was the tutorial level that we all arrive from which destroyed my dream but also got me thinking about ways to recreate that experience.

Zubit and I spoke about things such as:
-Areas that could not be seen
-Areas that move co-ordinate every so often
-dev levels hidden inside kryll that we can't see (offering special rewards invoking excitement)
-A map that is none a straight line but instead jagged. (to help hide secret levels)
- little player placed surprises like a gold coin or two

Not to say this game is not exciting, but sometimes that discovery of something new goes along way, specially for us old players, and not in a challenging way, but in a stumbling kind of way.

Interesting.
We definitely want to increase the 'wonder' and 'surprise' factors - and adding secrets can do just that.
We'll definitely discuss how this can be explored farther.

Thanks for the suggestion!
