End User License Agreement

Please read over these terms carefully before using any Games or other Services provided by Team Kryll. By registering an account in, and/or using a Team Kryll Service, you agree to these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not use the service.

Forums, Guestbooks, Chat, Private messages and other Messaging Mechanisms

Harassments, advertising, and the use of offensive language and/or racism are strictly forbidden in any messaging or posting system. You are encouraged to report such behaviour via the reporting page. Please note that Team Kryll encourages a civil, kind and helpful community. By using a Team Kryll service you agree that Team Kryll may, at any time and without notice, remove or modify any textual content submitted via these systems.

Service Changes and Discontinuation

Team Kryll reserves the right to change, discontinue temporarily, or discontinue permanently any Service at any time without notice. You agree that Team Kryll will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of a Service.

Account suspension/termination

By Team Kryll: Team Kryll reserves the right to suspend, modify or delete your account at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice to you, and with no liability of any kind to you. Additionally, Team Kryll may stop offering and/or supporting a Service at any time. For the purpose of explanation and without limiting the above terms, most account disables are due to violations of this agreement and the privacy policy.

Login Credentials.

When creating an Account, you will be required to select a unique username and password (collectively, "Login Credentials"), which you will use when you access Team Kryll services. You may not share your Login Credentials with anyone, and you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Credentials and for any and all activities (including purchases and charges, as applicable) that are conducted through your Account. Please notify Team Kryll immediately if you become aware of any breach of security, including any loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your Login Credentials.

Specifying E-Mail Address and privacy

In creating an Account, you are encouraged to specify a valid E-Mail address which may be used for a "Password Reset" operation for that account. Trial accounts may choose not to provide such a valid E-Mail address and instead leave the field blank. By choosing not to provide an E-Mail address, you agree that Password Reset services will not be available for your account and that such an account with a lost password will not be recoverable. For an "Unlimited account" and any other account that is not a Trial account and any account redeeming a purchased key, an E-Mail address must be specified. If an E-Mail address is not provided for such an account that is performing a purchase, the E-Mail specified in the PayPal buyer information will be set for that account. An account's E-Mail address will be used by Team Kryll for a variety of internal purposes, including without limitation, sending confirmation E-Mail for purchases and for allowing password reset and other account identifications.

Disallowed Account and Key Sales

The Account supplied to you is personal to you, and Team Kryll does not recognize and expressly forbids the transfer of user Accounts. You shall not sell or trade any Account, or make any such offer, and any attempt shall be null and void. Any distribution by you of your Account and/or your Login Credentials (except as expressly provided herein or otherwise explicitly approved of by Team Kryll) may result in suspension or termination of your Account. Purchased Below Kryll Keys can be given away, but you may not trade them for money or any other thing. Trading a Below Kryll Key will result in invalidation of that key.

This agreement may change without notice

Team Kryll may need to update this agreement from time to time. The latest version of this agreement may be found at http://game.belowkryll.com/web/terms

All US laws must be observed

All laws affecting US territories must be obeyed while using any Services.

Refunds

All sales are to be considered final. Refunds will be granted in the sole discretion of Team Kryll. You are encouraged to try the game with a trial account before purchasing the unlimited account.

Areas and Uploaded content

No copyrighted content may be uploaded without permission of its author. By uploading content, you grant Team Kryll the right to display and provide that content to users of its Services, and the right to modify it as Team Kryll sees fit. User generated content may be shown to others and used by Team Kryll in conjunction with promotion and marketing of its Services.

Viewing and/or Downloading content

While Team Kryll will do its best to moderate content, Team Kryll does not take responsibility for user uploaded content. You are encouraged to report any content which requires moderation via the reporting page.

Inappropriate Content and Younger Viewers

Please note that Team Kryll generally tries to maintain a family-friendly environment; Any user content that will be found offensive will be moderated. Team Kryll does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from those under 13. Services are only provided to those who are legal age to form a binding contract and are legally permitted to use the services. Users who are under this age must receive permission from their legal guardian to use the Services and disclose their user registration information prior to registration and usage of the Services. In this case, users should go over these terms and conditions of use with their guardian carefully to ensure both the user and the user's guardian understands them.

Limitation on Usage of Services

By using a Team Kryll Service you agree to report any possible vulnerability or security breach you find. Reporting of such findings should be done either via the reporting page or via E-Mail. You are forbidden from reverse engineering, exploiting, testing for vulnerabilities, tampering with, or otherwise using Services outside of their expected operating purpose.

Content Redistribution

Where not otherwise designated, content is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing and may not be further reproduced, sold, or republished without express written permission of Team Kryll. Please note that Team Kryll provides a generic monetization approval which can be used for services such as youtube. You may generate such an approval at http://game.belowkryll.com/web/monetize.

SITE/FILES/INFORMATION/SERVICES IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE/FILES/INFORMATION/SERVICES IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE SITE/FILES/INFORMATION/SERVICES PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION

13. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY AFFILIATED WITH THE SERVICES, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
