when falling from a great height and you have that penalty of losing time while getting up after the fall if one double taps a direction key fast enough they can alleviate this penalty, will that be changed?

There are many ways of stopping Mitsu from getting into 'falling stun' - these are not bugs - if you can find a way to do that which helps your gameplay - please do so :)

Bottom line - changing existing movement patterns of players and abilities is a big no no - since areas may already rely on those features to be passed, and changing them may break those areas.
Since the beginning, we only changed a single move (DFA) and that was also done extremely carefully, informing the creators that had issues resulting that change.

New moves may be added of course, that does not break anything.

Suggestion: what if you change the fall sprint animation to a roll? The physics remain the same, just the graphic changes. What do you think?

If there was an animation it might feel a bit more natural.
But as of now, I just make sure I'm going into a sprint landing.
