15/05/15 Hi, I had a quick scan through Help+Support and the General forum but couldn't seem to find an answer there (Apologies if it's there and I've missed it) but is there a way to delete your own Guestbook posts? Sometimes I've asked a question that's no longer relevant, and it would be nice to de-clutter some guestbooks if someone has private messaged me an answer. I've tried opening the Guestbook in the browser and I still can't seem to see an option for deletion. |

15/05/15 This sounds like a good feature to have. Thanks for the suggestion! |

15/05/15 Woah, that was fast! You're welcome, and thank *you* for taking the time to read it :) Warning, this is a long post, I had to go back and add this when I'd finished typing as it wasn't meant to be this long! :P Another suggestion (while I'm here, so I don't take up another topic) is it would be great if there were easy ways to 'connect' to things. I mean this in a couple of ways, one is that the nature of Kryll is very get-in-there-and-explore-to-get-to-stuff which is of course great, giving you a very open adventuring feel, but sometimes there will be a map that I want to return to which requires doing the whole thing to get to the shrine. Or, for example, a map which leads to a follow-on from the same creator that you want to do, but they've given you a portal to another of their creations which you are also itching to do right then. At present I have to note down those areas if I want to find them again easily by typing it in, but I think it would be amazing if there was some sort of in-game bookmarking system for maps. That way you'd always have where you want to re-visit to hand, and wouldn't have to worry about forgetting places. By this I don't mean it sends you there as of course that would take away the going through other rooms to explore and reach it, I just mean an i-game bookmark page where when you click on a bookmark you've added, it scrolls the map to that area. Another way I mean this is how you interact with other players. At present, to private message someone you have to type in their name and the chatbox pops up. This is great, but after sending a message the box closes and you have to start again if you want to follow up on what you just said. It would be nice if there was more back and forth, perhaps a system where you could bookmark players so you could easily click their names to message someone. It would probably be easier to say something like a friends system, but that can involve all sorts of other stuff that maybe you're not wanting in Kryll because of its constantly changing dynamic. Even if all the above sounds too involved, then simply just the chat box not closing after you've sent a message and only closing when you tell it to would be a great start. Sorry if all or parts of this have been suggested before, or Team Kryll already has their own ideas on these kinds of things. Also sorry this was so long, don't feel you have to respond and if you do want to then don't feel you have to go into all of it! :) I was sort of having a mini brainstorm on all the things I've been thinking about since starting playing. Thanks again and for all the work you continuously put into this! :) |

15/05/15 Bookmarking is definitely something that we have planned, but was somewhat backlogged in favor of other more important features - we'll definitely get to that at some point though. About chatting with other players - there are a few options currently:
We may have a more in-depth friend system in the future, but for now you have some nice options already. Enjoy! |

15/05/15 Exciting to hear bookmarking is planned, though I can completely understand Team Kryll being really busy at the moment. Also thankyou for explaining further about chatrooms - I never tried it because I was worried it was more of an activity room thing for lots of people and that the chatroom creator would have to stay on top of it, so good to know it can be used casually :) (though of course within reason :P ) |
