I personally pronounce it Meet-soo, but I think the proper pronunciation would probably be Mee-soo. How do you all pronounce it?

i thought "Meet-soo" is the only way to pronounce Mitsu
isn't "Mee-soo" a name of a soup? hehe

Well, I was thinking Japanese pronunciation. In Japanese, the "tsu" character is pronounced "soo", like in tsunami, and similarly the "mi" character is pronounced "mee".

Mitsu is rendered in hiragana as ??, that is, "mee-tsoo". The pronunciation you said, "mee-soo", would be ??, and it's incorrect.

It's good to know that Mitsu, written with kanji ?, means "syrup" or "honey".
