Our latest item, the pickup, has a configurable look - and is already starting to show itself around the world.

Want to make a unique contribution to the game in a way that was not possible before?
Now you can donate art for pickups - that, if accepted, will become part of the game and could be used by all the players around the world!

A few rules if you wish to submit your art:

• The art MUST not be copyrighted by anybody (except you)
• The art-style should match the art-style of Below Kryll
• High quality is a must
• Obviously not offensive in any way
• No illegal substances or other controversial things
• The art should not look like other items in the game, and should stand-out as a pickup
• The image should be visible clearly on various backgrounds - checking it with the caverns / forest backgrounds for good visibility is important
• By submitting art to the game you pass the rights to the image to Team Kryll (though you will still be credited in the editor about your donation)
• If your image is accepted, we might alter it somewhat to fit the game better - you will still be credited for it though
• Any images that were already added to the game CANNOT be removed - So think carefully before submitting something you are not sure about.
• If you wish to alter the look of an existing image that you submitted, please let us know - We might agree to do it.

Submission format:

• 25x25px PNG image
• Alpha channel is a must (The background of the pickup should be transparent)
• Examples:
• Optional: A piece of lore about this item
  • Should be very short (No more then 25 words)
  • Should not break the 4th wall (as in, should stay in character as an item in the world of Kryll)
  • You can only contribute lore descriptions for your own submitted images
  • May be edited by the devs, or discarded altogether if it clashes with current lore or is not appropriate

How to submit?

• Send mail to Below.Kryll@gmail.com with the subject Pickup art donation
• Attach the images you wish to submit
• Write your in-game nickname

We cannot promise we will accept all or even most of the donations we will receive - so please don't be discouraged if your donation is not accepted.
The submitters of the donations that will get excepted will be notified about that.
