Hey,
as someone pointed out in the comments of one of my levels, some stuff is not totally safe or appropriate for children .Or it could traumatize children. (I'm talking about reltively harmless stuff like "be nice or you'll go to hell")

I don't really think it's necessary but - in order to satisfy the haters- it would be cool to have a "not safe for children" tag that would prevent people with a really, really weak mind from playing this level.

Not necessary at all. Besides, it's not like a lot of people pay attention to the tags before playing a level :P.
