The title says it all. I bought the program expecting it to be more like RPG Maker XP Ace but it isn't, almost everything is confusing. If anyone knows how to use the program I would like a bit of guidance.

Well, being a rpg was surely not the goal of this game. The focus is clearly more on platforming etc.
It's really not that confusing though. Just try to play around with the elements a bit and everything will become quite intuitive soon.
